An Indiana man from the tiny town of Freedom, near Spencer, is one of the Hoosier state’s newest millionaires after hitting it big on a Hoosier Lottery scratch-off ticket. Martin Davis bought his winning ticket at a Circle K in Spencer and became emotional as he talked about his good luck and the plans for his winnings.
