This is neither unethical nor ethical. You can’t steal what someone has neither earned, nor had, nor deserved, and which they didn’t know about and had no reason to ever expect.
When people actually earn something, you can’t steal it from them in this way – they’ll know it’s missing, they’ll know what they’ve earned. If you can scam people out of their earnings and they won’t even miss them – they aren’t earnings.
No one deserves lotto money.

That last black man, I agree! We need to love more than hate, regardless of money. I have autism, and working good jobs and being like everybody else is hard, especially being that I’m labelled different.
