There’s really no mystery as to how that Serbian lottery number was shown
before the ball came out of the machine. That drawing was not live, but had
been pre-recorded and then had the graphics added to it after the live
drawing. Obviously, whoever added the graphics messed up and did not time
when the last number should have been added to the graphics so that it
would appear after the ball came out of the machine. That glitch, however,
does not invalidate that particular lottery or prove that all lottery
drawings are rigged. All it shows is that some of the televised lotteries
presented as “live” are, in fact, not live. A lot of average people have
won a lot of money in the various US state and multi-state lotteries and I
don’t think any of them thought they won because someone rigged it in their
favor. Some are extremely lucky to win after buying only one or a few
tickets. Others play in pools for years before the big win comes along.
And, unfortunately, but necessarily, most will play for a lifetime without
winning “the big one”. That’s the nature of this high odds gambling game.
It’s not rigged. The lotteries have to account for every dollar that comes
in and goes out and their drawing machines are examined and tested
routinely to assure that the selection of the numbered balls is completely
random.
Amazing how you go from a lottery snafu in Serbia to 9/11 so quickly. Oh,
yes, we’re all supposed to believe that the entire thing was rigged by
secret US government agencies for some malevolent purpose. There is
absolutely no proof of any of that and I put such delusions in the same
discard bin with things like “we never landed on the moon” and “the Earth
is really flat” and “there is no proof cigarettes cause cancer”.

wow… well, you can not say taht this is how it is EVERYWHERE! In my
country, little Estonia, it can not be like this. It is way to small of a
country and many people with big winnings have stepped up that they won. I
PERSONALY know 2 people, who have won the jackpot! I know these people,
noone chose them! get real…

guy pressed the wrong number but by Chance the number he pressed was the

Wouldn’t it just be that for the 9/11 footage that the news network just
didn’t have a reporter on site in NY that day and they just recorded it in
a studio in front of a green screen and mistakenly used the wrong footage
for the background. And the same for the lottery footage, it wasn’t live
recorded and they just messed up in the editing. Not everything is an new
world order illuminati lizard people conspiracy.
